Return & Refund Policy

 

At Fashionista Gate, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't quite right, please review the guidelines below before requesting a return.

 

Return Eligibility

Returns are currently available for orders shipped within the United States only. At this time, we are unable to accept returns for orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S.

 

We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition, with all original tags attached and the original garment packaging (including the SKU label) intact. Please note that we do not offer exchanges of any kind.

 

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins on the day your tracking shows the order as delivered. For split-package orders, the window starts from the delivery date of the final package. Once your request is approved, returned items must be shipped back to us within 7 days to qualify for a full refund.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part or a damaged item. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Restocking Fee

Returns that do not meet the criteria above may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the return entirely at our discretion.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following categories are considered final sale and cannot be returned: beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates and lingerie, jewelry, and swimwear.

 

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned package, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you by email once your refund has been completed. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
